RATES AND FEES

Standard rate for service of process in Boulder, Gilpin, Jefferson, Broomfield, Weld and Larimer counties is $65.00 plus mileage. Please contact us for detailed pricing information.

Standard rate for service of process within the Boulder city limits is a flat rate of $65.00 and includes three (3) attempts. If additional attempts are needed, additional charges may apply. Additional fees may be required for mountain and rural drive time.

Mileage is charged a flat rate of .50 per mile and is calculated from the Boulder County Justice Center:

Mountain/Rural Drive Time - $30.00 per hour

Wait Time - $30.00 per hour
