Additional services such as court filing, surveillance and location services are available but will not be performed without prior approval and payment.

Bad addresses, as verified by server, and charged at full rate.

There is no guarantee of service for documents which require personal service, which have a specific court date, or for Rush or Priority Service.

No refunds will be made for any reason.
