Additional services such as court filing and skip tracing are available, but will not be performed without prior approval and payment.

There is no guarantee of service for documents which require personal service, which have a specific court date, or designated as Rush or Priority Service.

You will be notified by telephone or email after service has been completed.

No refunds will be made for service that has already commenced. There is no charge for cancelling service before the first attempt is made.
